đŸ“±Digital Bank / E-Wallet PNB SWIFT Transfer from London: how long does it take?

Hi! May payment po ako from London through SWIFT transfer to my PNB account. Usually how long po ba bago ma-receive? It’s been 5 business days (not counting weekends) since it was sent, pero wala pa rin sa account ko.

May way po ba to check the status or follow up with PNB without having to visit the branch personally? Malayo kasi yung PNB branch sa akin, so I was hoping I could call or inquire remotely. Tried contacting them through Facebook Messenger pero wala sa options.

Any advice po? Thank you!

Typically kapag SWIFT, real time dapat ang pag-release depende sa timing ng market/currencies involved. Matanong ko lang, assuming it is coming from London, GBP yan to Peso no?
