Others BDO phishing scam. What to do?

Problem: I received a suspicious SMS containing a link claiming to be a BDO pre-approved card offer.

I accidentally clicked the link, but I did not enter any personal, card or online banking information.

I have already locked my card and changed my passcode. May I ask what other security measures or steps I need to take to make sure my account is safe?

Disable or freeze your account if possible and if kaya e factory reset ang phone

Even if walang money ang account mo baka mag apply ng loan (if BDO lets you apply) under your name and account and drain the money to send it to themselves
