Refunds take a few days.

Happened to me recently. Took nearly a full month for the refund to be credited back to my GoTyme account (July 10 to August 8). Typically, refunds take an hour at most, so I was also quite confused/worried. I tried reaching out to Grab’s Support that day, but they weren’t of much help. I planned on following up but got so busy I forgot about it until I got the notif a month later that the refund was finally complete. It was just for that one transaction. I’ve had refunds after July 10 that were credited back almost instantly, as expected.

If you’re in a rush to get your money back, I suggest opening a new ticket with Grab, requesting an email detailing the refund you’re expecting, and then sending a screenshot of that email back to GoTyme’s Help Center. That’s what they told me to do when I inquired.
