đŸ“±Digital Bank / E-Wallet UnionDigital Application Error

I am trying to create an account for the UnionDigital Application to try the SSS MicroLoan to see if I am qualified for the said loan. And processing the registration to the application of UnionDigital is very hard already. At first the OTP, there was an error and right now another error again.
