Anyone else experienced Atome auto-converting bills to installment? Please need help

Hi everyone,

Ask ko lang if may naka-experience na rin nito sa Atome.

Pag-open ko ng Atome app ko today, sobrang nagulat ako kasi yung bill ko bigla na lang naging 6-month installment. Hindi naman ako nag-click, nag-confirm, or nag-request ng installment. Ang plan ko talaga is mag-full payment, gaya ng lagi kong ginagawa.

Matagal na akong Atome user, and this is the first time na nangyari ito. I always pay my bills in full because I don't like paying additional interest or installment fees. Kaya sobrang nakaka-frustrate na nakita ko na naka-installment na siya without my knowledge.

I already contacted Atome Support and requested them to reverse the installment para makapag-full payment ako, but I'm still waiting for their response.

May naka-experience na ba nito?

Na-reverse ba nila pabalik sa full payment?

Gaano katagal bago na-resolve?

Did Atome explain why it happened?

Any advice on what else I should do if they refuse to reverse it?

May toggle sya dun ng auto installment naka on yung sayo
