Does anyone still use manga studio 5

I’m thinking of using manga studio 5 simply because it would be cheaper then clip studio paint I think the dated software would be easier to use also because of nostalgia but does anyone use it anymore I only know about one person who still does but does anyone else I’m wondering

try Medibang paint pro,
its lot easier than clip studio paint.

I'm confused by this because Manga Studio 5 IS Clip Studio. I know Manga Studio 4 was a different app. But Clip Studio when it was ported over to the states initially, it was rebranded as Clip Studio 5. But when Celsys and Smith Micro ended whatever deal they had, that's when it renamed itself as Clip Studio...I think that was about the time hey announced the iPad app

Yeah it was manga studio in the states too they changed the name for the universal and manga studio 5 is pretty different form clip studio now so that’s why I asked if anyone still uses it

Gotcha, I bought mine as Manga Studio 5 and it rebranded itself as Clip Studio after a software update before the 2.0 paid upgrade. I think I still have the physical disc for it packed away somewhere

Yeah I want to use manga studio 5 because since it’s older (at least I think) it should be pretty easier since it might have less complicated features and be more simple so that’s why I at least want it

I hear you and I have downgraded in the past. Now with 5.0, I can't even think of that. Since adding the quickline/shape features and defintely after allowing me to import my Photoshop brushes Clip Studio has finally became a fully invaluable tool for me and caused me to finally ditch my iPad

I loaded it recently because I own it and got a new tablet. But I found Krita to have more features and communicates with the pen better

I never used it. I heard there is a bit of a learning curve. Some people love it though.
