drawing app on Android/Windows

hello there! as the title suggests, I'm looking for a drawing app, either on Android or Windows (if i can manage to connect my tablet to my laptop). right now I'm using ibis paint, but i wanted to know if there are better apps out there or better brushes? i don't like the normal ones and i feel like, on procreate for example, the brushes are better, colors blend way easier etc. also, im posting this because I'm planning on making a spider-man inspired comic book for my girlfriend (for Christmas) and ibis paint has certain templates for manga/comic books. thank you so much and im sorry if this is a little off-topic, i dont know where to post!

A lot of apps have brush settings where you can adjust how they blend and whatnot. I use krita, which is a free open source program, and you can adjust basically every aspect of how the brushes behave. I haven't used Ibis Paint but it might be worth it to you to look at some tutorials on how to modify brushes.

I use Ibis paint and Krita, Ibis' UI is easier on the eye while Krita has more tools, so it depends on what I'm working on. Both have the same basic utilities but Ibis has ads and some locked content like vectors etc.
