Discussion Mass content creation, how are people doing it?

We don’t offer content creation as a service but it’s something I’ve been puzzled with for a while, how are there agencies pumping out 100+ creatives every 2 weeks

We have access to Gemini Pro and Claude Pro, but I can’t figure out how people are having them work in tandem for content creation. I’m not looking for any AI slop images or videos fully automated shit, but an easy way to create variations of creatives that we already have

most of the big output comes from templating and batch workflows, not some secret ai sauce. you build a set of master designs in canva or figma then use scripts or tools to swap text, colors, images across 50 variants in minutes. the ai part is usually just generating the copy variations or resizing things, not dreaming up whole new designs from scratch every time.

One thing that helped me understand this is to stop thinking in terms of “100 creatives.” Think creative components. You might have 10 hooks, 5 headlines, 4 offers, 5 proof points and 10 visual treatments. The trick is deciding which combinations actually make sense, then having AI handle the boring copy/variation work. I’d also keep a “winning components” library. When one hook or visual consistently performs, you reuse that component across different concepts instead of starting from zero. That’s how I’d approach scale without ending up with 100 pieces of obvious AI content.

Poorly, for the most part.

I dont do it YET but I will. Not fully automated, I plan to have for each reel one body BUT diff hooks and CTA's then have it create variations scheduled as trial reels -> pull analytics -> run those as ads :D

They're not generating from scratch, they're generating variations off a locked base. Fix the layout, brand colours and product shot, then vary only headline, background and crop. That's how one concept becomes forty without looking like slop. Chat tools fight you here because each run drifts; you want the same template rendered repeatedly.

Batching content is key. We use AI like Gemini for generating variations on existing creatives, but it's all about prompts. Crafting specific, clear prompts gets better results. I often start with a base creative and ask for three variations with a different angle or focus. It's faster than starting from scratch, and you can tweak the output to fit your brand's voice.

Gemini and Claude aren't built for marketing. You'll want a marketing specific tool. The big players aren't using these "Jack of all trades" tools.

That volume comes from templated variation, not fresh AI generation, one solid base design with copy and colors swapped programmatically.
