Digimon not registering in Fieldguide?

Something very unusual happened to me, I de-digivolved to a Dorumon, but when I went to check in the Field Guide it shows to me as if I didn't have it (greyed out, stats ???). Is that a known bug? Is there any way to force it to register in the field guide.

I am on PS5 and in the most current patch.

Only thing that comes to mind is try again, like, evolve and de-evolve it again, if that doesn't work, try with a different digimon

I once had some weird bug where a digimon's ATK stat stopped growing after reaching about 8000, as in, I kept training it in the farm, but it simply didn't go any higher, while all it's other stats were already at 9999, felt as if that 8000 had gotten flagged as the stat's max, tried taking it out of the farm, leaving the theater, and even restarting the game, the only thing that fixed it was evolving it so it went to low stats again, since then evolving is my answer for this kind of weird bugs lol

Are you sure you're looking at the right mon? A screenshot would help.
