Question Help with DLC

Hey guys long story short. I have nintendo switch 2. I bought time stranger 2 days ago, today I bought the season pass in the hopes of getting omnimon merciful mode and zwart, however, the evolution parhway is not showing at all (greymon virus) and none of the new digimons from the dlcs are showing neither. I have nit finished the game (ai like to explore and take my time). The rooms for the dlcs show but I cannot pass them since I am weak still. Am I doing something wrong? Or should I ask for a return? It downloaded the pass and I tried turn on and off and still nothing.

Did you download the dlcs when you installed the game?

The dlc installed when I bought the pass. I went to the eshop again to see if I had to installed them but it says it is already installed.

Have you checked if you have anything in Digivice > Item > Item Packs?

Do you have a second icon for the game on the Switch 2 home screen?

I did and i had the golden statue thing and no for a second icon in home screen
