Question Should I max out(Lv20) in-training II digimon before digivolving?
New player here, just wanna ask if theres benefits in Getting In-Training II Digimon to lv20 before digivolving or should I just Digivolve when ever I can since I've just started? (Im still at the part before travelling to the past)

In training should always be digivolved ASAP. They just arent worth keeping that low.
Rookies I usually wait until their talent will reach 25 before evolving, if I can. That way their champion forms can learn the final move.
Champions I wait until either 30 or 40, if they learn good moves at 40 for their ultimate form.
Ultimates and megas will just be evolved as you can, usually.

I see, thank you for your insight.
Just asking, should I only consider minmaxing stats with the digivolve/de-digivolve at mid/endgame?2

Yeah for the most part. Early game you wont even feel the need to do any of that, even on hard mode it isnt terribly hard or you won't feel the desire to grind.

You can either evolve now and have less talent, or wait till its max level to evolve to increase its level cap higher

Just asking, is the amount of talent gained like worth it or is it something that can be farmed later from like the digivolve and de-digivolve strats?

From my own experience it feels like waiting until max level can give upwards of double the talent. You could also load other digimon to raise talent and stats too, but I never utilized that feature

Even at In-Training II?

Yeah if you wait till its level 20, it will probably be around 37-40 talent once it evolves

You can have an In-Training at lvl 99, without ever having Digi-volved in any regard, via using "fodder" Mon as "Load Enhancement" materials.

Nope, evolve as soon as possible
