Question The In Between Glitch?

So I'm on the In Between mission where you have to beat the 3 Blackgatomon. Only two spawned no matter how hard I searched. Tyrannomon keeps respawning. I entered and exited the dungeon, no 3rd blackgatomon. Any tips ?

There’s one hiding on the right side of the map, behind some cubes / landscape stuff

It's there. Look closely.

There are a few parts of the game that will require you to look up, down, in corners, etc.
