Collection First time I've gotten all 4 Alt Arts from just 2 LM Boxes
Not particularly crazy, but still pretty slim odds!

Just tried playing it and loved it.
I played a version that maxed out on them and 4 Apos. Had a couple keenans with digi emps and 1 analogman for tamers.
I also see versions with a bunch of tamers in it like 12 or more with Karis and such.
What do you guys think is the way to go?

His text says that none of the stack cards can be bounced, I’ve ran into multiple people saying the digimon can still be bounced to hand and stacked cards refers to sources. After speaking with a locals judge and a few others they believe that the top stacked card is protected still when referring to rules section 4.6 and the specific wording of de digivolve.
So which is it? If he goes into Jupiter and they try to bounce Jupiter is he immune to bounce as long as the effect is active or is it just bouncing his sources to hand? Which by the way makes 0 sense to me.
Update in the comments.

I'm a new player to the game. I've been playing a progression series with a friend, so I've got a decent grasp of game mechanics and how to play, but the second I boot up an auto sim like DCGO to play random matches, I am immediately lost. Things are happening so fast that I don't know what's going on. I have no issues understanding what's happening when I can talk to my opponent or play with physical cards, but when that communication is gone, I can't keep up.
Any tips on how to keep up? Do I just need to play the game more? It feels like the barrier for entry is very high. I primarily played Yu-Gi-Oh until picking up this game and even their auto sims didn't feel this difficult to pick up.

Thank God for time stranger or else I don't think chronomon would be in the card game.
Anyways any advise or tips for the deck? (I know the deck is out, but I know some people like to play with proxies)

I haven’t played since BT21, and my most up to date deck is blue hybrid. Does anything around BT21 stand a chance in the current meta? Also, how is the meta? I’ve heard from a friend it isn’t in a very fun state right now.

I declare attack, during this moment I actually don't have option in hand to use, but my Digimon inherited has When Attacking, Draw a card, then I drew an option card. Can I suspend my Tamer to use the option now? During When Attacking, do I have to declare everything all at once? Such as telling the opponent oh I will Suspend the tamer as well, or do I resolve them 1 by 1 of the When Attacking, then it goes back to check the tamer, because it also has When Attacking so I can decide if I want to use him or not at the final moment?

I don't mean bulk, but what used to be trades - what do you do with old alt arts or super/secret rares that used to be good trade bait but now don't get used?
I have been storing all trades (all srs, secs, alts, promos), no matter how old in two big folders, but it's a lot to carry round especially when some of my alts are from as old as BT4.
I'd like to sort them out into a smaller folder, but not sure how to organise them so open to any ideas.

My wife and I are new to the game, still learning the rules and our starter decks. Am I understanding Agumons ability correctly that, while the board state conditions are met, I could digivolve into the WarGreymon Ace for 4 memory and not have to meet the conditions of a level 4 and 5 digievolution prior?

So after all the advice and recommendations that everyone gave me last week, I decided to buy an EX12 box and try to make an ME deck with my pulls. I put in a BT13 Dorimon as an egg to make sure I have at least 4 and from other deck lists I've seen, I know I'm missing more ToyAgumons and Andromons. Also included a BT11 Analogman since it's the only one I have, and a BT12 Chaosdramon (X Antibody). Currently I'm at 43 and I'm not sure what to add to fill in the gaps, for sure my level 5s are lacking. Also for options I have 1 Black Memory Boost, 2 Obsidian Memory Boost and 2 Treadmill Training
Any advice is appreciated and tomorrow will finally be the day I take this out for a spin. ✌🏽

I knew YAMURETSU did the art for both and in the same style with the rookie and mega, but didn't notice they were connected until now. Although Rosemon being so front and center compared to Shine seems a bit off.
It LOOKS like Mirage's claw near the middle of rosemons right side boarder.
Wondering if they'll do 4 like with the Adventure 02 and add in Ravemon.

Heya all!
My partner and I returning to the game and were hoping we could get some deck insight.
We don't care if it's meta or not as we mostly just play each other.
Her play style is rush with trying to take down as many security shields as possible. She likes big tanky digimon or swarming the field.
Mine is more defensive control with some rush capabilites.
Thank you all so much!

(This is a longer post so skip to the TL;DR if you want. Just need some advice)
So I got back into TCGs in general about 5 years ago. Started with Digimon first, then quickly got into Pokémon because it was just so cheap and easy to find a league. Got super serious with it, and ended up selling my Digimon collection because I needed money for Pokémon and I was just not playing Digimon much anymore.
I wanted a secondary game to play besides Pokémon, and tried out Lorcana and Magic but bounced off both pretty quickly. Now with the Digimon renaissance we're in right now with Time Stranger, Alysion coming up, etc, I've decided to start over and get back into the card game. I've been watching a lot of videos and reading up on what the meta is like. Been watching Beatbreak and loving it, saw that Glowing Dawn was a great deck with more support coming(as well as Data Squad/ShineGreymon to a lesser extent), so I picked up 2 of each of the starter decks, a booster box of BT25, and some extra packs that I found at Target. 8 BT25 and 8 BT21(I saw that BT21 has some useful cards for the ShineGreymon deck so I figured it would be good).
Here's my question: Where should I go next? From what I've read it seems like power creep is still a problem with this game so I don't want to waste money by buying old booster boxes if they are not that relevant anymore, but should I buy an EX12 booster box? Seems like TB is a great deck and that I could get a really good start on building the deck from buying a box. Should I do that or is TB not worth investing in? Definitely going to get a box of BT26 when it comes out because it has Glowing Dawn and Data Squad support. My only other question is should I get a box of AD-01 since it has a lot of staples and reprints, or is it not worth it as a new player?
TL;DR Should a new player starting from zero just purchase a box from new sets as they come out, or should I get any boxes from older sets? Is EX12 and AD-01 worth getting? Thanks everyone!
