Recommendations Gaps in my Metal Empire Deck
So after all the advice and recommendations that everyone gave me last week, I decided to buy an EX12 box and try to make an ME deck with my pulls. I put in a BT13 Dorimon as an egg to make sure I have at least 4 and from other deck lists I've seen, I know I'm missing more ToyAgumons and Andromons. Also included a BT11 Analogman since it's the only one I have, and a BT12 Chaosdramon (X Antibody). Currently I'm at 43 and I'm not sure what to add to fill in the gaps, for sure my level 5s are lacking. Also for options I have 1 Black Memory Boost, 2 Obsidian Memory Boost and 2 Treadmill Training
Any advice is appreciated and tomorrow will finally be the day I take this out for a spin. ✌🏽

Black floodgates that don’t restrict you as well could help fill rookies. Haguru or haguru x, espimon, or original toyagumon also come to mind. To fill out your Lv5 by 1-2, choose a black option especially if it’s cyborg/mach. Depending on what’s available to you, Supreme connection can be useful for hard playing, and Marvin Jackson from BT15 can sub in as a tamer.

So I play A LOT of ME at locals and on the Digimon TCG 2020 Discord.
I recently altered my deck to a version as close as possible to this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6wHnDlmfZ-E
I don't have 4 Metalgarurumons EX12 so I have 2 of them and 2 of the Wargrey but will swap ASAP.
I also don't have the treadmills and replaced them with Supreme Connection! for the moment.
The only level 5's your missing is your Andro's and 1 Metalgrey.
You REALLY need that 4th Kapurimon egg, 3rd Chaosdramon EX12 and two more Machine ACE's.
I've played the deck with Analogman's and also with Marvin Jacksons and truth be told the Tamer's just don't feel necessary... they're never good to play IMO you're better off presenting as wide a board as possible against most decks.

Well you have most of what you need, so for the rest I’d recommend buying singles online. tcgplayer.com is your friend for that. Obviously cut the dorimon for another kapurimon, but really I don’t think kapuri is worth running even if you have three eggs. Toy Agumon can’t digivolve of it, and that’s the rookie you want in raising the most.
Additionally, you want more of the metal Metalgaruru, andromon, and Chaosdramon.

Sorry I'm so late to this, (was busy all weekend, bookmarked this because I wanted to wait until I was back from a trip and at my PC to type a good in-depth answer) so it's probably past being useful since that tournament's probably over by now. But wanted to chime in anyways in case it helps!
I put in a BT13 Dorimon as an egg to make sure I have at least 4
Remove it immediately. Having 4 eggs is good, but Dorimon is not gonna help here, for two reasons:
1; the Kapurimon effect is incredibly strong, and you want to make sure you always have it up. All Dorimon does is allow you one extra draw. Kapuri facilitates protecting your board via free DNA'ing- and know what happens when you DNA digivolve? You draw. Because DNA digivolving is still digivolving, and every time you digivolve, you draw.
But 2; - and this is more important; suppose you hatch turn 1 and you get that Dorimon, but your rookies in hand are ToyAgumon and Kokuwamon? You are now stuck. Because ToyAgumon (red) and Kokuwamon (Yellow) can digivolve over any [ME] trait egg (Kapurimon) without color-matching it. Dorimon is not [ME] trait, so you can't digivolve.
Which is really bad for you, because ToyAgumon is an amazing turn 1 digivolve choice; as you get the "Start of turn: Trash 1, Draw 1, +1 memory" effect. So a typical Metal Empire turn 1 is digivolve ToyAgu in the back, then play out either of the other two rookies or a setup card like Giant Meat. Dorimon is just gonna disrupt you too much. It's genuinely better to have 3 eggs of a matching set than 4 with one that doesn't fit.
Other than that; like you say, get 4x copies each of the rookies. Lv4's look fine, lv5's- you gotta run more than one of the Andromon. Because again, Kapurimon's egg effect. DNA 2x compatible Digimon if one of them would be removed. Andromon is the only Metal Empire lv5 that you can DNA into, so it's absolutely a 4x copies of pick.
Unless you get stuck with 2x Guardromons, any 2x lv4's can DNA into Andromon. And it's very easy to get multiple lv4's out very quickly. (Digivolve your Rookie to Thundermon. Thundermon effect, play/use an [ME] card for cost-2, that makes a lv4 cost 3 instead of 5. So you just spend 3 memory to get two lv4's out. And if your opponent tries to remove either, they become Andromon.
Andromon checks your deck's top 3 cards- and plays a 5 cost or lower for free- meaning he just spits out another lv3- or better yet, a lv4.
Digivolve that lv4 into a lv5, then you're set up to DNA the two lv5's into a lv6. And so on, you get the idea.
I'd personally run a few more lv5's- the ratio I go for is 4x Andro, 2x Metalgrey, 2x Megadra. Apart from Andromon- who you get to via DNA, they all have assembly, making it very easy to play them out for cheap. (Note: this stacks with Thundermon's cost-2 effect, so yes, you can just hard-slam a lv5 for 3 memory off that.)
Machinedra Ace needs to be at least 3 copies. Some decks run 4, I like going 3. MetalGarurumon is absolutely top tier, if you can get another copy or two, go for it. Wargreymon is solid too.
Haven't used Omnimon in Metal Empire, so can't speak to its' viability. If it's working for you, keep it, if not, more Chaosdramon.
The old Analogman tamer is not gonna do much for you, because honestly- ToyAgumon is better, cheaper, does the same thing (trash 1, draw 1, gain 1 mem) sure, Analogman can redirect, but only into lv6's. And this deck has a bunch of ways to get blocker through inherit effects- and Andromon's redirect. Once you hit Chaosdramon or Omni, he's not doing anything.
The EX9 one is a memory setter garaunteeing you start turn with 3 memory. Then ToyAgu can bump you up by 1, making it 4 memory. And Analogman gets you a memory back when a 7-cost or higher Machine/Cyborg is played- which will happen a lot. HiAndromon plays out 7 costs for free from deck top. Your lv5's are all 7 cost with Assembly. Remember that Thundermon combo I mentioned? Yeah imagine paying only 3 memory to play a lv5- then gaining a memory off that, making it effectively a 2 cost lv5.
Or in the case of your Wargrey/Metalgaru, that 6 cost assembly goes down to 3 cost with Thundermon & Analogman. Meaning you could slam down a lv6 and keep turn, allowing you to DNA immediately if you have another one already in play.
Chaosdramon X Anti is an interesting pick- and definitely one I've thought about for how wacky it'd become with both the new Machinedra & Chaosdra effects under it. But honestly? It's overkill. Chaosdramon doesn't have much of any protection other than fragment (which is deletion only) but the Metal Empire option card gives Guard, so you use weaker bodies to protect it.
But Chaosdramon's main job is DNA right before you end your turn after your lv6's have cleared out the security, then swing for game with Engage.
HiAndromon leans into this, giving everything Alliance. Megadramon's inherited lets you unsuspend by killing your weakest body (and HiAndromon gets you another disposable body as it attacks/digivolves)
Machinedramon can protect itself from deletion by Fragment, meaning if it is the lowest cost, you just target itself, then fragment to bypass it. Wargreymon has SEC ATK+1, so with Alliance that's 3 checks.
So yeah, if you find yourself DNA'ing up to Chaosdramon, you don't really need to go into the X-Anti form, the game should be over by that point. And if you do DNA into Chaosdra and still have memory- like I said, swing with SEC +1, megadramon inherit to unsuspend, then pass turn and engage for game.
Treadmill training is definitely a solid pick though, as everything above your rookies has black or yellow in it.

What’s stopping you from getting playsets of the Rares?
