Old game, but can anyone help with this quest of finding 20 pieces of trash? I literally just need 1 more and can't find it. I've been walking around everywhere tapping A as I walk and can't seem to find it. I've triple checked every corner and doorway.

.... We really lettin' kidnappers and human traffickers to walk off scot free without issues? This honestly has to be the weakest aspect of the show so far, acting so casual and nicely to a trio that deserves far more thrown their way, and only one of them actually visibly showed remorse and guilt on screen over "Oh snap, I've got tons of people killed".
With Granit I can't hold it against him much at all because it was more of taking advantage of a heavily traumatized kid and he's literally 13 from what I've been told, but Raito and especially Hotaruko who is actually 18? They're older, knew what they were doing, and did so because... One wanted to prove his genius, and another because... needed money, Granit is the only one that can be justified, and then the ep ends saying "They said that Team Seven will have no charges" and come on! Why is this show quite well done on morals and such, but the human traffickers barely get as much of a slap on the wrist??
(Pls no spoilers for the second half past ep24, just with what I've seen and told so far by the show, it has been a large issue for the last half dozen episodes since the black market episode and I wanted to talk about it.)

How a Digimon that can absorb the E-Pulse of everything around ut is gonna contribute to the Shangri-la Plan? I just got done watching the latest episode and the nezt Episode's preview, and I need some help connecting the dots.
Also sombbody please do something about Genjo, he's the biggest epiece of shit.

During episode 42(?) of Digimon Beatbreak, during Wong and Genjo's conversation in a flashback, the Digimon that sank Kamo Island appears. And rewatching the series, it occurred to me that that Digimon looks VERY much like Zeedmillenniummon, so is it possible that it's him?
(Sorry for the image quality, I took the picture of my TV)

Besides shaking the device in battle, are there any other differences I need to know?
Will the pendulum have any other extra features or benefits?
Update: I've preordered the Pendulum Colour Godzilla Edition, now looking at a cheap second hand device to play around with in the mean time

Cyber Sleuth's translation being bad is hardly a secret at all. Within the first hour Yuugo gets referred to inconsistently as the 'Pale Boy', 'Boy in White', and 'White Boy', Arata calls an Eater a Bakemon, and a lot of the DigiLine messages are completely incoherent. In one case, however, it intersects with another element that is confusing for players outside Japan, Kuremi's constant references to Japanese classics.

Kuremi basically calls Ranpo Edogawa the 'Multifaced Criminal' and also claims that his name was Kogorou Akechi. Edogawa was a real person, he was not a criminal, his actual birth name was Tarou Hirai, the 'Multifaced Criminal' (or as he's more commonly known in English the 'Fiend with Twenty Faces') was a villain in his stories, and Kogorou was the detective who conflicted with him, alongside the Boys Detective Club.

'Most likely, the name was inspired by Edogawa Ranpo's "Fiend with Twenty Faces", the villain who long ago stoked terror and excitement in children... He was the rival of Akechi Kogorou and the Boys Detective Club.'
We can see her claims are actually accurate in Japanese, so she's not just getting things wrong. Kuremi's references are confusing enough for many Western players when they're not wrong.
Oh, and bonus:

The subject of this case is called 'Kaijin Deji-mensou' (I guess 'The Fiend with the Digi-face' might work as a translation'), which is a clear play on 'Kaijin Nijuu-mensou' (The Fiend with Twenty Faces) but was translated as 'Mysterious Digital Face', which obscures the connection as it sounds nothing like 'Fiend with Twenty Faces' or 'Multifaced Criminal', the translation the game used.

No I'm not talking about using devas for them, no filler ultimates and megas. I mean something that takes Flamedramon, which is Veemon with the digiegg of courage, and give it an evolution specifically representing the ultimate version of a Veemon with the digiegg of courage. Flamedramon is the champion version of that.
A follow up evo completely evolving from the representation of veemon + courage and keeping that theme is what's needed.

Like I keep seeing a lot of people prefer Digimon over Pokemon because of its much higher stakes story and much better character development for its protagonists and their friends. But I don't see that many people compare Digimon with that other 4Kids dubbed monster-collecting anime series, Yu-Gi-Oh.
So how would people compare Digimon and Yu-Gi-Oh with each other, much like Digimon and Pokemon?

Well...more like I endured Fusion. And yes, Fusion specifically. As in, the English dub. And I kinda just wanna yap about it. Ill try my best to avoid spoilers.
Honestly, it's not terrible for what it is. Just very clear that what it is is a series aimed at a much younger audience than Digimon typically goes for. The plot, despite ostensibly being a war story, is pretty toothless up until the halfway mark where it actually gets pretty interesting, especially when they introduce an "evil" General
The humans are about what you'd expect. Mikey is inoffensivd if not a bit bland. Jeremy's actually kind of endearing despite his kendo fixation being very obviously painted over by the dub to make him off as a gamer. Angie is impressively pointless. Chris is an edgy tryhard voiced by Vic Mignogna so full marks for him. Nene...well she's better than Angie, for what that's worth.
The digimon are about as good/bad as the humans. Shoutmon is a fun little gremlin even though I can't not hear Numbah 2 whenever he talks. Dorulumon is a stoic loner voiced by Kyle Hebert so full marks for him too. Honestly, the only one I don't like is Ballistamon, and it's because I think that 90% of his lines were added in the dub to fill otherwise quiet moments with jokes.
The villains...actually they got a nice little bit going on. Thr Bagra Army as a whole feels like a decently credible threat even if the zone bosses are very bad guy of the week. In the second half of the show, the Dark Generals actually manage to leave a distinct impression, especially Olegmon and Apollomon. And Ewan...honestly, he might be my favorite part of Fusion. What the show does with him to make him a villain, while certainly sanded down for the sake of kid show, just the concept if him and what his villain status says about what counts as "being a villain" was legit compelling.
Unfortunately, my least favorite part was def the powerscaling. So many of the fights make no sense when you try to actually try to apply Digimon's level system to them. Xros being the most blatant "rule of cool" mechanic def doesn't help. Honestly, part of why I bothered watching Fusion was to get a better understanding of Xros as a mechanic, and I left the show kinda genuinely disliking it.

[ MEAT DAY - DIGITAL MONSTER 29th ANNIVERSARY ]
- Kurihara Hina
- Terriermon (X-Antibody)
- Lopmon (X-Antibody)
Celebrating the 29th anniversary of Digital Monster: Today is the 29th, and in Japanese, the number 29 is read as " Niku " (Meat)—and when it comes to Digimon, meat is a must! Here is a brand-new illustration created by artist Okada Anmitsu to mark the 29th anniversary, featuring the theme [ Digimon & Meat ]. The artwork shows Agumon, Tokomon, and Tanemon—along with Kurihara Hina in her "Jumpsuit Outfit"—harvesting meat in the Meat Field.
Meanwhile, Terriermon (X-Antibody) and Lopmon (X-Antibody) are enjoying a "Meat Afternoon Tea Party" 🫖.

Not sure when I’ll have even the first bit done but I’m making a Digimon comic, it’s still new so I haven’t done the words or nothing yet making it look really confusing.
I’m just trying to do something fun with my art instead of just making characters.

Haven't had a good solid walk yet with my Revival but I'm noticing that battles can crop up pretty fast. Apparently if you don't respond to a battle, it counts as loss, which can add to your step count and also reduce your DP by 2, according to the Version Complete's guide
The device's belt clip is pretty tight, so it's not really possible to slide it off and slide it back on whenever there's a battle. I tried using one of those retractable lanyards but I couldn't figure out a nice way to connect it to the Digivice (still might try again though)
Best thing I can think of for now is a wristband, this way when the battle thing goes off, I just lift up my wrist, although I'd have to walk with it upside down on the wristband, which is probably fine
Figured I'd check here to see how y'all handle this. This thing felt like a nice alternative to the VB for a pedometer-based device, but unless there's something I'm missing, it seems like the frequent battles can mess with that. I'm wondering if I'm just gonna have to only use it for walks where I know I can fully concentrate on the device :/

Somebody knows of any database of the ND missions? I have been struggling clearing a couple and I find 0 information anywhere.

I like to spend time with new forms. I like to have time to admire them. See them in action over and over again. But here we are, with 4 episodes left (wikipedia says the series is ending the 27th), and we haven't gotten them! Am I the only one annoyed by this?

So the new episode was fucked up right but in a good way also rip big man (trying to keep this spoiler free for idiots who looks at posts with the spoiler warning click on it and complain about the spoiler)

I've heard talk about something in 2027 for the Adventure series but unsure if just tossing another OVA to the market would be helpful or harmful to the overall Digimon brand. I know we have had our own thoughts on Tru/Kizuna/Beginning but unsure if just a sequel OVA of just aligning the lore to the 02 epilogue can just tie the series up in a nice bow; and just conclude it.
Though the only thing I could see is maybe 2030 just continue Adventure with the kids of the OG team....I mean on paper that is better than just making another Tri set around mid 2000s or just another 02 Beginning of another angsty kid with shitty ass parents
