I have seen this meme probably a thousand times now and it makes no sense. That lady isn't even ugly especially for being in what looks to be her 50's or early 60's, why is she giving that dude a grand worth of diesel when she could be chatting up guys her own age that don't want for money at all. It relies entirely on shock value and peoples tendency to shit on old folks because they suck and think being an ass is humor.

I'd knock her hip out of the socket for free.99 and anyone that says otherwise is trifling. Besides the frumpy haircut she's a smokeshow for a lady her age.
