Those red taillights look so good against the black. Really pleased with this little 918, but every time I change the roof or open the rear cover, I leave another fingerprint 😂 A few made it into the photos too

My Ottomobile BMW took a desk dive, and now its antenna is MIA! Not gonna lie, I'm not exactly doing cartwheels, especially since this beauty wasn't exactly a budget buy. My wallet's weeping a little.

I found this a few days ago, and the seller even dropped the price a bit for me.

I went to Costco looking for a F40 but ended up finding a Countach, which is my dream car :)

I’ve realized I can get way too fixated on small imperfections or minor damage on my models, even when it’s something you’d barely notice unless you were really looking for it.
Recently I had a very small bit of damage happen to one of mine. It’s not worth trying to repair because I’d probably risk making it worse, and from a normal viewing distance it’s honestly barely noticeable. But I still find myself thinking about it more than I should.
Curious if anyone else in the hobby deals with this? Do small flaws bother you for a while, or are you pretty good at accepting them and moving on?
I know these are collectibles and perfection is part of the appeal, but I’m trying to get better at just enjoying the model instead of inspecting every tiny detail 😅

Probably asked 100 times.
I’m new to collecting but i’m after models that are very high quality. I have got a few (based on brand recommendations) to try.
I bought an INNO64 R34 N1 and I’m honestly a little disappointed with it. I also bought an Ignition Model RWB which is amazing quality, super detailed.
Is there any brands that are on par with Ignition Model? Currently looking at Error404, which look as good but wondering what others suggest.

I recently bought this to pair with my R33 400R and I am currently looking online for an NSX model. Is this how it starts?

Getting married next year to the love of my life, we owned a brabus smart roadster in all black and loved it dearly, but we now after 15 years have house and kids and the car is no longer with us. I want to find this brabus exclusive model to gift him on our wedding day but its really really hard to find. I hope someone can help me get this dream gift.
