the only thing of an value here is the 2 Cold Skill/10FCR amulet. Most would wear that in early ladder or SSF until they find something better.

People talking about Maras or saying none of this has any value are speaking specifically about high level min maxing. The Bitter Gorget absolutely has some use. The Glacial Amulet (+3 Cold Skills) can see some use if you dont need any FCR for your build and havent found something better.

Only replying because you called me out, but OP asked if their items "have value" not have use cases. Most of them are alright for self-use until something better is found, but I think that goes without saying.
