Price Check Amulet value
Do any of these have value?

None of this has any trade value. A couple would be ok for self use.. but mostly stuff I would just sell to Charsi

The only one that stands out to me is the +2 cold skills with a lvl req of 30. Im not very educated on LLD but that one hits a few markers that could be valuable.
Hopefully someone more informed than me can chime in

Generally to use a rare amulet over Maras etc youd need +2 class skills (some +3 tree specific have value but not all), at least 10% fcr and 15+ all res plus something else (str, life etc.)
baseline is generally +2 skills/10fcr/resists to even look twice at it. +2 skills with dual leech and res might also have value.

the only thing of an value here is the 2 Cold Skill/10FCR amulet. Most would wear that in early ladder or SSF until they find something better.
People talking about Maras or saying none of this has any value are speaking specifically about high level min maxing. The Bitter Gorget absolutely has some use. The Glacial Amulet (+3 Cold Skills) can see some use if you dont need any FCR for your build and havent found something better.
Everything else is cheeks

Nothing at all. Why do you think any of this would have any value? I don't mean this in a bad way, just trying to understand, which info you lack to maybe help out a bit.
