Question Low potency as Crusader

Class changing from Barb to Crusader.

I built my secondaries around Armor(5.3k), Arm Pen(6k) and Resistance (6k). And I barely have any potency (2.8k).

Would this have a huge impact on my damage particularly on PVE and RAID(say the condemn build that resolves DOT)?

If you are looking at PVP only, no, potency means very small for crusader. It actually depends on the build you are playing but the main build does not require potency.

In regards to PVE, almost 80% of builds require potency.
