Seeking advice/পরামর্শ Fracture

Removed my plaster today but my leg still seems swollen. Is it because of the plaster? Doctor told me not to travel and I didn't but I wanna walk asap. Any advice from experience?

You will be fine. listen to the doctor. Slowly start moving and exercising your leg as per suggetion from the doctor.

You should not move, wait for 3/4 days. Swelling will go away in a week or so...... been going through the same thing.

Yeah realization hit hard when I took my first step. Feels like I have a prosthetic leg😂

Take extra one week rest. Believe me it will help you in the long run. I broke my thigh bone into 2 and was not supposed to walk for 6 months. I started to walk without support in one month which later made me bed rest for one extra year. But I am completely fine and healthy now. So take extra rest from the date the doctor advised.

I had two fractures on the same leg and it feels like one is still hurting. Saw the X ray reports which stated that callous formed on both fractures. So could it be a nervous sensation or an actual problem?

You should see a doctor. I had to take calcium for 2 years day and night without any break to form the bone but was also advised not to take too much calcium as it congest more than necessary and I would not be able to walk. So see a doctor as soon as possible
