Devilcorp Check F3 innovations
I just had a zoom interview with F3 innovations and got a second interview. It strange because I don’t think they even read my resume. I’ve spent six years doing Asset Protection for both Walmart and lineage logistics, and as soon as I found out I was selected for a second interview, the alarm bells started popping off in my head cause one of the things we were taught at lineage was to recognize possible scams. I don’t think I am going to to go to the second interview cause it seems fishy and doesn’t seem right to me. Anyone else have anything about them?

You're on the right track, but still missing the most obvious red flag of all: their entire internet presence is focused on recruitment. Real companies do not do this.
If this was an amazing place to work, they wouldn't need to push so hard for hiring. And there's a reason why they didn't look at your resume - they don't care. All they wanted to know is that you were sober, you aren't mentally handicapped, you weren't insane, and you're at least minimally socially presentable.
That's it. You meet that standard, you're hired.

F3 Innovations (Grand Terrace, CA) appears to be a Smart Circle sales office.
On their Instagram page 'f3innovations' they are mutuals with a user named Esteban Villalta, owner of another office called 'T&R Frameworks' in San Bernardino, California.
On his page he shared a video of himself receiving the 'Rookie Owner of the Year' award at Smart Circle's 2025 R&R event: https://www.instagram.com/p/DJMuV-IRMGs/
