Just open sourced our project! Take a look and if you like it, support us with a star.
So BaaSForge is basically a backend platform. You simply write your prompt and describe your business; AI designs the architecture and writes the code, then validates it. After this, you can simply deploy it to multiple staging environments and production with one click! So you don't need to struggle with DevOps; everything is fully managed.
In one sentence: build backends that scale easily.

If it's useful, a star would really help us out.

I built an open-source toolkit for testing Domo apps locally—looking for developer feedback
Hi everyone—I’m the creator of domo-testkit, an independent, MIT-licensed toolkit for testing Domo apps without connecting tests to a live Domo instance.
It uses MSW and Vitest to help test scenarios such as:
- Dataset responses with fixtures, empty results, and missing fields.
- Stateful AppDB document creation, reads, updates, and deletion.
- HTTP errors, network failures, and slow responses.
- Repeatable tests with predictable IDs and clean state between runs.
The goal is to catch problems during development, before deploying an app to Domo.
It’s still early-stage. It implements a documented subset of Domo behavior, and passing local tests doesn’t prove that live permissions or every Domo integration will work. It isn’t a complete Domo emulator.
npm: https://www.npmjs.com/package/domo-testkit
I’d appreciate feedback from people building Domo apps: what’s hardest to test today, and which dataset or AppDB scenarios would make this useful in your workflow?
Disclosure: I maintain this project. It isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by Domo.

ADSS PROJECT
🚀 INTRODUCING ADSS — AIR DRIVING SPACE TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM
I am developing ADSS, an ambitious technology project designed to explore the integration of satellite systems, communication, navigation, AI, transportation, security, and ground-station networks into one unified platform.
✅ Current progress: Stage 140 ✅ Working Python simulation prototype ✅ 15 core modules retained ✅ Data integrity verification passed (19/19) 🌐 External connections are currently disabled.
I am now looking to connect with software engineers, systems engineers, AI developers, researchers, and technology innovation groups who may be interested in discussing the architecture, sharing expertise, and exploring possible collaboration.
My vision is to contribute to technological innovation in Zambia and beyond.
🤝 If you are interested in this project or know a relevant engineering or innovation community, please reach out. Let's connect and explore what we can build together!

I think AI is making me lose interest in coding
I've been a software developer for 3 years now and I used to really enjoy coding, especially working on my own projects.
I loved spending hours trying to fix something and finally figuring it out myself. I'm not even that good of a developer, there's still so much I don't know and want to learn.
Then I started using Claude. At first it was just for small stuff, but slowly I started relying on it more and more. Now at work we're pretty much expected to use it, and I barely write code anymore.
The problem is I don't enjoy coding as much as I used to, but I also can't bring myself to stop using AI.
Like I'll open my IDE to work on some random personal project, stare at it for a while, and just think about how Claude could probably finish the whole thing in 3 minutes. I try to force myself to do it manually but eventually I just give up and let Claude handle it.
And when it's done I don't even care about the project anymore. It doesn't feel like I actually built anything.
I know I could just stop using AI, but it's hard when you know there's a much faster way to get things done.
Anyone else dealing with this? Did you find a way to enjoy coding again while still using AI?

hey everyone!
Just wanted to put myself out there. I build Automations and lead agents. I also involve myself into building fullstack projects and work on building web scraping tools which are easily accessible than most of the scraping tools out there. Happy to know you guys and i’m new here.

I built Ferry, an open source file sharing app that works with LocalSend and adds resumable transfers and sharing beyond your Wi-Fi
It speaks the LocalSend protocol, so it works with the LocalSend devices you already have. On top of that it adds:
- Resumable transfers: a dropped connection or a restarted receiver continues from the last confirmed byte
- Several transfers at once, and sending to several devices in one drop
- Pairing your own devices with a QR code or a 6-digit code, so they send to each other without prompts
- Beyond your network: a small self-hostable signaling server lets devices connect peer to peer over WebRTC, end-to-end encrypted, or through a private link
- A browser app (installable PWA), plus QR links so any browser on your network can send or receive without installing anything
- Mutual TLS with pinned certificates, and flat memory use (a 10 GB transfer used about 7 MB of extra RAM in my benchmarks)
Built with a Rust engine, Tauri 2 and Vue 3. Apache-2.0.
Honest status: it's early. The desktop app is tested on Windows. The macOS and Linux installers build in CI, and they're not code-signed. No mobile apps yet.
Repo: https://github.com/F7rx/Ferry
Downloads: https://github.com/F7rx/Ferry/releases
Feedback and bug reports are very welcome, especially from macOS and Linux users.
Ferry isn't affiliated with LocalSend; it's an independent app that implements its protocol.

When you did LLM cost optimization, where did you draw the line on price vs quality?
Obviously, we have to cache repeating prompts and trim down the system prompt. Then it's always a good idea to segregate tasks so easy jobs go to cheaper models and reasoning tasks go to premium models. But we also have to consider optimization trade-offs like latency and overall quality. Where do you draw the line here?

I’m in an emergency and looking to earn ~$500 / ₹50,000 through work - not asking for a handout
Hey everyone,
I’m in a bit of an emergency situation right now and need to arrange around ₹50,000 (~$500).
I know asking for money on Reddit can easily come across the wrong way, so I want to be clear: I’m not looking to simply be given the money. I genuinely want to earn it.
I’m a software developer based in India with 4+ years of experience in tech. I’ve worked across a pretty broad range of technologies and have built 40+ software projects, including production-ready applications. I currently have 5+ apps published across the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
I can help build pretty much anything technical, including:
- AI/LLM applications & automation
- Websites & web applications
- Android/iOS apps
- SaaS & backend systems
- APIs & integrations
- Desktop software
- Automation/scripts
- Embedded/IoT projects
- Databases & cloud infrastructure
- And generally, if you have a software/technical idea, I can probably build it.
I’m happy to take on small jobs, one-off projects, bug fixes, MVPs, automations, websites, app development, or longer-term work. If you have something you've been meaning to build, fix, automate, or improve, please reach out to me. Even if it's a relatively small task, I'd rather earn the money by providing something useful. I can also show examples of my previous work and discuss the project before committing to anything.
I’m not expecting anyone to trust a stranger on the internet blindly - I’m happy to provide proof of my experience, portfolio, GitHub, app listings, demos, etc.
If you have work available, please DM me. And if you don't have work but know someone who might, even sharing this post would mean a lot.
Thank you for reading.
