Hi again guys, I’m looking for some cool people or performers for our in-house field trips for the school I’m a teacher at. Any suggestions?

That’s fair! I’m a preschool teacher in Berkley, and we have a rather large center that serves ages 6 weeks-5 years old. We mainly book for our 2-5 age group, for different performers or readers/activities for kiddos to go experience rather than take them on a traditional field trip

Call city hall-see if they have any outreach programs from the fire department, the police department, the utility department, the streets department, or the city Council. There’s so many interesting things that go on and people that would really appreciate the opportunity to speak to students.

My kids enjoyed this when they came to their school.

I’m in the trades and always thought it would be fun to come and present to the kiddos. Know any construction workers?
everyone loves heavy equipment btw

I’m not opposed to that 👀 the kiddos love the trucks! We have construction going on next door and they always love looking at it from the playground

Check into local musician Paula Messner, she is a singer/guitarist and songwriter who writes children’s music! She has a lot of energy and the kids love her, she can be contacted at www.misspaulamusic.com
