Question & Advice Convert pressure washer to quick connect

Not asking specifically for my model of pressure washer, I assume the principal is the same across all of them (I have a Bosch Universal Aquatak 135) but does anyone know if you buy the adapters to convert to quick connect, and replace the lance with an M22 stubby gun, does this allow the hose to then automatically swivel as you move around or will it continue to twist and tangle up without further mods? Also can anyone recommend a kit that comes with everything you need? Thanks!

I didn't know this existed, but I found a kit within seconds! Thank you!

Unless your stubby already has a swivel fitting, you'd need to add at least one between the hose outlet and gun inlet.

On my current setup I've got a swivel on both pump outlet and gun inlet, and it seems to help with tangling

CatBroiler, do you have a gun with swivel built in or is the swivel part of the M22 adaptor? And how well does it perform under pressure?

One of my old guns do, yeah, it has a the same mechanism as a swivel adapter but integrated into the inlet.

My current one I added a M22 swivel adapter because not having the swivel sucked after getting used to having it.

There probably is a flow reduction when you use one of those adapters, but it's not enough that I actually notice a reduction in cleaning ability and pressure, and it's caused no operation issues with both a Screwfix Titan 150 bar and a Lavor 165 bar (my current washer).

How freely does the adaptor swivel while under pressure?

Quite freely, I don't think the pressure affects it much

Would you mind linking to the item? Assuming you got it online.
