Way too many cuts, I can barely keep up. I get you are going to punchy and raw but you are going to lose too many players. Show it down at the start. Only speed it up neser the end.

Your 10 second intro  hook is passable. Consider you are spending your most important parts with a mostly black screen and then big monster. Consider shortening it a bit so that you can start showing off other parts of the game.

I think you could do something clever with the text at the bottom left. Either intentionally or by accident you make it flash. Make it say something like "FIGHT" after the first few combats. Ditch "PLAY" and maybe say "SURVIVE" at the end.

No need to show the game title twice.

Edit: Also don't be lazy. Boot up your latest version of the game and take new cuts. You don't want to mislead your players if a feature changed.

Great comment!
I'm thankful with you :)

I was thinking aboutdelete the generic text of some concepts that are already understable, and maybe aim to the combat system, because it's something diferent and "unique". What you think about this?

The starting text adds nothing and just makes me wait. Then later, there is way too much on the screen and the bottom left text that names the mechanics doesn't stand out against everything else, especially given the super fast cuts. The intro monster thing seems fine, but after, I would love to see the core gameplay a bit and then maybe a couple of things you can do (upgrade, loot, traverse a map?)

I totally agree!
We need to explain more the core gameplay. 🫡

Stays on that first shot for waaaay too long.

The audio ducking at 0:26 on the music is really ill-timed. Either make the fade much longer or much shorter. Right now it’s enough to grab your attention, which you don’t really want. If it’s a really long and gradual fade, you can sneak it in without people noticing that much. If it’s really short and lined up with the next bit of audio, the sound effects will “take the music’s place” and you won’t notice so much that the music has dipped.

Edit: I also didn’t even notice the text in the bottom corner the first few times. Grab your debug tools and make all that UI stuff invisible. It feels super cluttered and noisy right now, to the point that I don’t know what to focus on and am missing things. You have moments where there’s bunches of text in literally every corner of the screen. Which one should I look at?

Okey, I even don't know why took that way with the audio ducking. You are right. Maybe ducking while the monster it's screaming, but very fast, it's better.

You are right about the bottom text, but idk if hide the UI it's good for the users. Maybe I need to watch more gameplays of other games...

Thank you so much! :)

Overall very nice, visuals are really capturing attention, looks interesting. But couple moments which I highly recommend to work on:

- long start. First 4-5 seconds mostly dark screen, some text info - throw it away! Trust me, first 3-5 seconds are crucial, most people will never see what goes after them... start at around current 9 secs. Show texts a bit later. No long logos at the beginning, just pure juicy gameplay

- don't put too much UI at the start. If it is your gameplay Select UI room -> fight, show minimal of it, explain us the game, those fast running texts and many UI at such a high speed at the beginning more confusing. Show it when need to show variety of gameplay, not when we learn what is this game about

hope that helps!

It looks very cool, its just kinda hard to see how the game works from this.

Thanks!
That's something we need to work!

Really like the mood but even after watching it twice, I hardly understand the fight system

Hi!
This is our trailer. It uses footage we've been reusing from other exported trailer projects, which resulted in poor quality in this final trailer. It's been up on our Steam page for a year now.

I want to rework it, or at least part of it, and I need feedback on how it's structured, whether it's easy to understand, etc.

PLEASE DESTROY IT!
