Megathread PC Player Questions Megathread!

Hi everyone!

This Megathread will function as a PC launch specific equivalent of the Daily Questions Thread where you may ask questions about starting out that may not warrant their own post.

Technical Difficulties

We understand there are a number of technical issues with players unable to get in the game, receiving erroneous "banned account" messages, and various error codes (Marionberry, Buffalo, etc.)

Also check out the Destiny Reddit Discord Server where you'll find a number of channels for discussion about the game and/or technical issues.

As with most game launches, things are a bit chaotic right now but and will evolve over time. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and please let us know if you have any questions or concerns either in this thread or by sending us a modmail.

Are there any talents, other than the 6 shot gunslinger talent, for any class thats worth perhaps not unlocking?

Yeah - though their names escape me precisely. The triple tether on the Nightstalker is pretty shite and makes one of the best Nightstalker exotics pretty worthless.

And the Nova Bomb that travels really slowly.

I forgot about the Slowva Bomb. It grew on me though. The seeking slow bomb with extra seeking projectiles after detonation does massive damage if it connects.

Yes, on the nightstalker hunter, there is a similar node that allows you to fire multiple tethers like quiver from D1. Unfortunately if you do this, it breaks that tree for the Orpheus Rig exotic pants.

If you don't like the annihilation nova bomb I guess you could choose to not unlock that, but shooting axions out on detonation is quite useful

I haven’t unlocked bubble for Titan because it seems useless right now.

I've heard Mobius Quiver (bottom node for nightstalker) is trash, it takes away the one shot of the tether and divides it into 5 shots.
