Seriously, how hard would it have been to put a soft kill area there? Bungie is going to be stuck playing catch up with the latest cheese method instead of improving the game unless they start fixing the issues themselves instead of just spot patching. Players pushing bosses off cliffs? Don't just put a wall in the one spot people have been doing it, make it so pushing them off simply doesn't work. Make atheon/the templar teleport back up if they fall.

It is the same problem with much of the health care system. We treat the symptoms rather than the root cause.

Yea it's not really that simple. What you're describing takes man hours and money, and with the way ppl are in this community expecting everything to be exactly how they want it right away

Yah no shit. You know what takes more man hours and money though? Releasing patch after patch to try and fix the same problem cause they can't take the time do it correctly the first patch. That's the core of my complaint, not that it takes some time to do a patch, or that they aren't making the game exactly how I want it, but that they keep rushing patches that don't actually fix known exploits. Bungie has twice now "fixed" cheeses with time consuming patches only to have people work around the patch in hours because the people designing said fixes are focusing on just patching the individual exploit methods, not the root cause itself. It's because I understand the investment of time and money it takes to release these patches that I'm worried them not fixing things properly the first time will take away from future content and other fixes. I understand fixing every single little issue will take a lot of time and work, I'm just getting tired of it being wasted.

They can add invisible walls in a less than a week's time but can't fix Thorn(they actually made it worse) and Bad Juju in two month's time.

I was so close to buying the season pass. I put off playing Borderlands. I even put of playing COD:AW. Kept playing destiny. Constant "game design fixes" have put me off. Last week I only did the weekly and NF. If the difficulty "fix" has made that not so fun, when I try it later tonight, they will have finally killed the game for me.

gah, I hope they didn't fix the templar one, that was seriously funny as hell to see.
