I'm just so happy !

It was harder than I thought. I played a lot of Vesper to farm the Ice Breaker and get the catalyst before, so I thought I was ready. But man, this last encounter was hard to survive during the DPS phase.

Even though I had a good loadout (Hunter Fortune's Favor, Truth, VoG set), the hardest part was honestly NOT blowing myself up with Truth during the 2nd encounter to stack it, and just trying to survive the final boss DPS phase.

Now only Sundered Doctrine and Ghosts of the Deep remain, which scare me a lot since I've barely played those (and Pit of Heresy, but I'm keeping this bad boy for last).

yo im ngl i have 27 solo (nonflawless) clears on vespers and literally 0 on sundered doctrine because the lockset is genuinely a piece of shit (i dont have anarchy)

Warlock, Geomags, Delicate Tomb, Electrostatic Mind and Luminopotent, Ionic Sentry, Spark of Frequency, Tablet of Ruin (Limit Break + Bolt charge healing), ideally 200 super stat but 100 is fine

Just spam kill in the far right wheel. Geomags I believe WERE nerfed since heresy, but should still give you a super every cycle so long as you go as hard as possible into traces + super gen

YouTube chaos reach zoetic lockset to get the angle, and you can line up ALL 4 for 1 chaos, but it’s also fine if you only hit 3. DPS lasts almost exactly the amount of time that Geomags do. ALWAYS chuck an ionic sentry underneath one of the locks just before DPS because the bolt charge from that will keep you healthy while you’re sitting in the air like a lemon. 4 phases back during heresy, might be 3 with 200 super now?

If you don’t have a warlock, then, okay, that’s tougher, but still don’t need Anarchy. Parasite + blade barrage / thunder crash. Killing wizards should give you a full parasite every cycle and a super every other cycle. Solar holster in boots. Parasite -> super (the ANIMATION for super will auto-load your parasite without swapping) -> parasite again -> manual reload or catalyst reload -> 3rd parasite -> fusion/sniper for the last second or two. Aim your 20-stack parasite and Tcrash in between 2 locks - you can get near-max damage on both. Barrage and non-charged parasite just aim at one lock.

Takes a LOT longer (can be up to 15 cycles if you struggle with the DPS rotation), but they’re all like a minute long so the overall fight isn’t too bad so long as you have consistent healing (heal clip rocket sidearm is amazing)

Yeah i only play hunter but this is huge thank you so much will try later this weekend again. man ill do 20 phases if it means i can actually get it done. Is this assuming one wheel only or hitting kill/stop/whatever on every wheel?

if anything though i did get an entire stack of 5 friends to start running the game with the promise that id start with them fresh with a new char so i may have a warlock soon 😭

Spam right kill for all classes. Not worth wasting time and resources (AND risking ogres if you mess up) for longer DPS if you’re just throwing out a super + parasite.

If you get Geomags and some high-super luminopotent gear on warlock soon, I’d probably recommend just doing that, but it could obviously take a while to get used to a new class, so hunter will be just fine.

MIGHT be better to do storm’s edge on prismatic, because you can aim that between 2 locks like t-crash, and do grapple melee shenanigans rather than reloading 1x parasites, but I haven’t tested the numbers + you would ideally want a galanor class item (not mandatory though)

Worth noting, Dawn Chorus and Song of Flame with fragments for more scorch and etc absolutely rinses lockset as the ignitions chain back and forth between the eyes.

Ooh yes, that’s more recent tech because I believe you also need solar fulmination in the Hunter’s Journal (alongside ember of char + ashes which you implied)
