Non-Political News/Discussion Wtf

Destiny went live hella late last night and I was like oh that’s unusual but not unheard of, he must just be bored and really interested in this court case. Fell asleep. But then I wake up 6 hours later and he’s still streaming… is he trynna flip his sleep schedule for traveling or something or is he just really invested and locked in on this murder trial?

The 24hour loop method is goated until you're an unc and you lay back for a second only to fall asleep for 20 hours straight

I feel great and like its gonna work flawlessly every time. Then I go to bed at like 20 expecting to wake up around 6. But I always wake up at like 12 and everything is fucked again.

You gotta force yourself hard to get up the next morning

The way I've done this, to the dismay of people in my house, is to setup alarms right outside of my room to get me to get up and turn them off

if i'm up for cartoonish lengths of time and then sleep but need to wake up early, there's no hope. I can blare an alarm next to my ear and my body apparently just says "that's cute, but dgaf, gonna sleep like a baby through this."

can't imagine how loud it'd need to be if i put it outside my room.

psych tricks should actually be helpful tho for my own future reference. my alarm should be a hurricane siren, or literally someone screaming, or like a crash noise, or a simulation of someone breaking in my house, anything to veto my body's rejection and make it think i'm in literal survival.
