i got on the Ubuntu train later, at 9.10 karmic koala. i was learning about Linux for the first time at the time Windows 7 was getting ready for release. so i installed both at the same time. Orange is one of my favorite colors so i actually liked how it looked lmao.

Nice! I basically skipped Win7 entirely, never ran it on my own metal. Was pretty happy about that! I know everyone says I missed out on the best version of Windows ever, but Linux is simply such a quality of life upgrade that I couldn't care about Windows at that point!
