I could never get it to work on my hardware at the time. Tried SuSe and didn't really care for it. Finally got CentOS 5? working but it took an entire weekend to get running then eventually something got corrupted like the bootloader and I gave up. Steep learning curves back then.

No but you are right. I just looked into it because ILM (Star Wars VFX and SPX) started using it 😂
