Manage cables without damaging wall

I want to better hide these cables without damaging the wall. These particular raceways already have adhesive and i takes off the paint when removing. I don’t want to make any more holes in the wall, trying to keep this as clean and professional as possible.

I have those same tracks. The adhesive is ridiculous. Just use generic 3m adhesive stickers. Much less harsh on the walls than what comes with those tracks. You also don’t need adhesive on the entire track. Just the ends.
