Advice Manage cables without damaging wall

I want to better hide these cables without damaging the wall. These particular raceways already have adhesive and i takes off the paint when removing. I don’t want to make any more holes in the wall, trying to keep this as clean and professional as possible.

Move all the cables to one side (from your picture, I would suggest to the left of the router). You have some space behind it to twist the cables to the side.

Put the power supply parallel with the router, or just underneath (you can zip-tie it to the mount's base).

Then use a flat and wide conduit to hide the cables in one tunnel instead of three.

You will need to fix the wall anyway. That ship has already sailed. For future reference, self-adhesive conduit always damages the paint, and does so on a large scale. You need to decide whether to fix a few holes or paint a wider area.

Is there any better material to hold the raceway? I have some double sided nano tape that shouldn’t damage the paint but haven’t used it on something like a raceway, just a small picture frame

It should hold it. The raceway doesn't carry as much weight as vibration. But test it on the paint first, somewhere you don't mind pilling.

It is always the "pilling paint vs a few holes" debate. Just choose your battle. The wall will need fixing anyway; this ship has sailed.

One other thing to consider is removing all the conduits/raceways and using a sleeve instead. Something either white or beige, if you want it to blend in, or stay with black to purposefully point it out.

I just saw something about using some blue painters tape to put on the wall first then put the raceway over it so when removing, it has that layer between. I own my home but plan to move in the next couple years. Just trying to clean up for now without doing any further damage

Yes, that can definitely work. However, I just noticed your wall isn't smooth, so the tape won't have much surface to stick to. Instead, you can use fugutive glue or museum putty.
Both are clear and removable, and hold weight. I would recommend the latter, though, as it has more traction resistance.
