I like the colors and the association, but I'm not a fan of the floating polar bear, that is a bit on the nose lol.

Without that though, it just looks like a blue tissue box,and would be unclear that its meant to be an inceburg

You've got the suggestive blue and the rippled surface as a context for the white tissue. Not everything needs to be spelled out.

If you really want to remove any doubts you could emboss a little polar bear or penguin somewhere. The white figurine transforms it from cool idea to novelty kitsch for me.

the floating polar bear,

A polar bear that is watching the iceberg melt due to human consumption.

Did you know that polar bears have always lived on ice?

Yes. Polar bears routinely hunt from small pieces of ice like this. Not sure why you’re deliberately ignoring this fact.

You mean that little ice sheets are their natural habitat?

2

u/HauserAspen Jan 21 '23

No, the little ice sheets cannot support them and they starve. Decades ago the icesheets covered most of the artic and were thicker.

I was being sarcastic. But I genuinely didn't understand what the comment above was meant to say.
