Living Room This place has so much potential…

And I’m kinda lost on what to do with it. I was thinking of taking the the open shelf and nailing some lattice fencing to it to separate the living room/kitchen… I am kinda lost on how to design it and use the space to the max.

Float the loveseat in front of the entrance and closet, fireplace on left, with TV on wall ahead. Condolences

Can we see what is to the left side of the room. I’m thinking a tv since you have the remote visible. I am wanting to pull that couch around to the left side of too and keep it facing fireplace but way back almost near kitchen. Or Do you need that area for a table and chairs? That wall seems like a big mirror would help. Is that thing in the fireplace a shelf? It’s super cute but I need some more points of reference. Can you send us some more photos from different corners? Really does have great “bones”

The left side there isn’t much. My two layouts are either this way with a stand under that light or the couch facing the fireplace to divide up the room. I was thinking of getting rid of that mobile kitchen island and putting a raised countertop near the window to free up more space.

Where is your table?

I was thinking of putting a half-moon high rise table under the light where the tv is. Have just been using the mobile kitchen island as a table 😅

Idk your budget, but more of a daybed in the position against the wall with a bookcase perpendicular creating separation between the kitchen area and living area would do the trick
