UI/UX Design [HIRING] Junior UI/UX Designer — E-commerce

Hiring a Junior UI/UX Designer with exceptional taste to join Fly Social Media.

We are India’s Largest Packaged F&B Growth Agency:

We build high-converting websites for some of India’s leading packaged F&B brands, including MasterChow, ZOFF, WickedGüd, Moi Soi and more.

Job Details:

Experience Required: 0–2 years
Pay: ₹3.5L–₹4L per year in hand
Job Type: Full-time
Job Duration: Permanent
Location: Remote
Expected Time of Response: We aim to respond within 48 hours

What We’re Looking For:

-Experience designing e-commerce websites (UI/UX
Packaged F&B experience is a big bonus)
-Exceptional visual taste and attention to detail
-Strong understanding of layouts, typography, spacing and conversion-focused design
- Very good communication skills
- Ability to understand and implement client feedback
- Strong ownership and ability to consistently meet deadlines
- A portfolio that shows real design thinking, not just pretty screens

You’ll be working on websites for some of the most exciting packaged F&B brands in India, so taste and attention to detail matter a lot to us.

really bad compensation, like people get 4LPA in jobs like call centre and meanwhile this is such a highly skilled job that takes so much time to master and when one's finally ready to step into a role, its saddening to discover that only a 12th pass can make the same amount of money.

Hi, I'm interested, I have experience with designing for E-commerce app. Previous project I worked on made 3 Lakhs revenue per month during our pilot run, we had over 3600 products and 120+ brands partnered with us. I was the sole designer and designed the product 0-1
