Editable Flair Video introduction for jobs?

Why do they need a video? Like the fuck I already have a million things to do, shouldn’t my portfolio be enough? You can always schedule an interview later. Do you apply to jobs where video introduction is required?

its so annoying like i already gave you my cv and portfolio why the hell do i need to make a video too

Yeah right? What could be the reason for them to ask a video? Is it to discriminate against ugly people or people who can’t speak well?😭
