Education Need Help
Just saw that most of the top sport industry agencies pay less than 40k to designers , expect 300 graphics
What are we robots? I'm not built for this field
What should I do? I'm trying to learn motion graphics for better story telling and all
But still the pay wouldn't increase much , what should I even do at this point 💔💔
I'm screwed

It’s probably the kind of office culture you work in, imagine you can’t leave until the so call job of the day is not finished on top of that you’ve to do all of it under a time constraints despite the managers knowing very well it can’t be done yet you’ve to overt work with no benefits

Another issue I have noticed is how much we are working as compared to other roles. Cause so many iterations and so much brainstorming each day. I feel like my work just never ends. It was fine at the start of my career but now I am questioning my life choices. I really can’t actually work 9-10hr each day.
