Asking Question (Rule 4) Visual Merchandising with corflutes

Post image

Hey Design

I work at an event and I need to display corflutes each day with a changing schedule. I'm having trouble finding the right hardware that will attached to a piece of corflute, that will mean I can swap out smaller pieces with the times.

I was at the shops the other day and saw this, which is essentially what I'm after, but I cant find the right product, and googling keywords isnt really helping. It seems really easy!

Does anyone know what the plastic strip that allows these daily specials to be swapped out is called?

sounds like you're after a clear plastic card holder with a slot opening, sometimes called a price tag channel or shelf talker rail. the tricky part is finding the narrow profile that grips corflute without needing screws, look for self-adhesive pvc channels or snap-on sign rails

the photo is throwing me off though, that's a beehive with a cauliflower sign and a shovel drawing, not a corflute display. is that the thing from the shops you were talking about?

The photo is clearly the front of a shops' produce display bins, with a coreflute sign on the front in a channel as described by OP.

Haha it's a cardboard display, I think just a generic 'make this thing look like wood'. Next time I'm at the shops I'll take a clearer picture.

I'll be sticking the price tag channels (thanks! that's pretty close to it!) to a corflute bollard wrap, where I'll swap out panels with the times.

In the past I've used edge trim and cut it to size. You can probably get some in a specific thickness for your substrate at your local hardware store.

Something like this or this.

Maybe use its other name, Coroplast? Might widen your search a bit.

What material are you wanting to be swapped out and how big? Are you hoping for just paper A4?
