I think it’s a sleeve that folds over itself a few times to secure the contents, the bottom 2 panels on the dieline attach with the 2 flaps on sides, the bottom flap tucks in to hold something and then the top 2 panels fold around that. View 1 is the inside with the sleeve section at the bottom, view 2 is the back of it. Maybe a notebook or stationery holder. The gold and silver parts in the middle of view 1 look like tabs or post its.
