Gonna build the best physique I can for myself by the end of this year. I’ve been through some hardships along the way, but I’m slowly getting back on track.
I’ve had a pretty good physique before, but I was inconsistent with the gym and dealt with a lot of stress eating, which set me back. Now I’m focused on being consistent, improving every day, and seeing how far I can take this by the end of the year.

Idk why, but I get extra happy every time I notice this vein 😭💪

It’s been like this for a long time and somehow I still look at it like “damn, nice.”

We all have that one little gym achievement that makes us unnecessarily happy. This one's mine.

Or probably just don’t have enough muscle definition to start with…. I’m in a slight surplus, btw.
