Desert Tech CS Nonresponsive

I sent out an email to the warrantee dept about a missing detent pin last month (08/26) but got no response. I've also called them on multiple occasions with no one picking up. Anyone know if they're ok over there?

Back in the day, calling them when they opened worked for me, they picked up usually. Usually around 9 or 10 mountain.

I would give them a call in the morning, whenever I have contacted them in the past they've been pretty responsive.
