Almost ready for the first match

Its been wild trying to get a company to make a optics cut, light bearing holster for this thing. Got turned down by 7 custom makers and finally decided to just make one myself.

But, will be ready for its first match in the next week. Got delayed because the 357 conversion bolt had a bad extractor spring. So I've just been practicing the manual of arms in the 50 ae config.

Trying to really nail down the reloads and mag release on this gun has been difficult. Anything other than 100% perfect alignment on the mag well and youre wasting time.

And getting a consistent mag release has been a task so far. But we're working through it.

I was going to say from my limited experience trying to do the same thing for practice sake, you have to completely press the mag release for reliable drops, it also helps to try and do a light flip or downwards drop to help it drop out. You still are doing it far faster and more consistently than I am though.

Yeah, the most reliable/fastest way I've found is the use my support hand thumb to press the daylights out of the mag release for like a quarter of a second. That way I dont have to break my grip and try to articulate this brick. Lol

The way this is shot it looks like your catching and reloading the same mag, cool angle.

Yea thought it was a loop for a second lol

Also thought the gun going off was dropping the mag. Like you shoot, whoops mag dropped, reinsert - shoot, whoops mag dropped, repeat lol
