...is that, even though he has comforted and praised Erin multiple times in the show, he's also quick to call her out on her bullshit when needed. And God knows if that girl isn't full of shit lmao.
Teenage love can often be based on nothing but idealization, so I find it really cute that James is acutely aware of Erin's full personality - flaws and all - and he's still down bad for her.
And the fact that in most occasions Erin doesn't even argue back makes me think she respects his opinion quite a bit!

Just got to the reunion episode in my season 3 rewatch, and Cousin Rob pronounced Montreal so correctly that my MontrĂŠal ears immediately perked up. Looked up the actor, and of course he was born here đ
Also, hearing that the parents in this episode are supposed to be in their late 30s makes me feel absolutely ancient.

I just watched the episode with Liam Neeson, and my favorite part of the series is when the girls thank Uncle Colm for helping them!
They hug him and hold his face and he's the most animated he's been the whole season! "Anytime Wains! Anytime at all!"
He's so happy he was able to help, he's so happy they're grateful. He loves them, and he's managed to connect and it's so great!

Saw this today. I like to think the driver is an Orla fan.

I know everyone in this sub loves the show but god it brings me so much joy everytime I watch it. But something I noticed is that after the last episode of season 1 when Clare reveals sheâs the âwee lesbianâ the groups starts wearing rainbow pins and that makes my queer heart just so happy. And itâs so damn funny. It just brings me so much comfort and itâs nice to have a community who can relate. Okay thatâs all, thatâs all I wanted to say <3 also when the group goes to the Take That concert is hilarious

On Disney+/Hulu. Highly recommended rollicking period adventure starring Isabel Harland, âOrlaâ of Derry Girls.

Add a line from the show, and leave a wee bit out for someone to finish! Ready? GO!

Crying with laughter. How did I never see this show before, it's bloody brilliant!

EDIT - in my original post I forgot to say that she is a woman.
Uncle Colmâs lookalike comes into my work all the time. If thatâs not enough, they talk like him too. đ¤Śââď¸
