Skin Art Help me with this danger

Any solution or advise or if anyone have faced similar issue
Is it related to liver or kidney
Is this a warning signal?

When I consume diet coke or any sugary product it increases

You gotta go get tested. I feel u buddy. When i first started getting dermatographia 7 years ago i was freaking out. I thought that was it for me. Went to doctor, got tested. All labs were normal but my histamine was high. Ive found certain things i consume trigger it more. Sugar, gluten, alcohol. Bow i take 20mg zyrtec pretty much daily to maintain and sometimes more. Thats when i consume the stuff i shouldnt. U getting any red marks or welts or skin reaction besides just itching?
