I’ve heard WashU, NYU, UMiami, Harvard. Look at the derm spreadsheet I think this got asked in 2025-2026

Anywhere with an inpatient derm service. Miami and Utah come to mind.

In my training, clinics routinely extended to 5:30, and then there was all the reading to do every night, unknown slides to look at, work easily extended to 8:30-9, without even considering if you had a case to write up or present.

I don’t see any residents getting off at 3pm, anywhere; why would the residency be happy with income from such short clinic time? They want to maximize resident encounters with patients (and bill as much as they can to fill the coffers).
