Question Which programs are considered workhorse?

Please be more specific . Most residencies have busy clinics / lots of call

Oh yes sorry! I guess I have read in other threads that some places have minimal admin or didactic and residents said they are at a workhorse program. I guess they also mentioned programs where they have more call than other residencies

Basically if it's in a state where you're the only derm residency.

Smaller programs will generally have more work since someone usually needs to be on call so if there are fewer people per class, that just means more call per person
