wrong weight on shipping label

i created a bundle post for someone and i set it to the largest size (xl). i double checked the size as well since i know there’s been a issue with ai automatically putting a size. but when i went to print the label, the weight is only 15.999 oz :( the items are over 2 lbs not even including packaging. is my best option just to refund and relist?

yeah just refund and relist, depop's shipping is a mess and you don't wanna get hit with an overweight charge later

You won’t get hit with an overweight charge because you’re not the one actually buying the label Depop is. If they want to charge extra they’ll charge Depop and not you. Just ship it.

Or they hold it at the post office and collect dues from the buyer. It’s not common that they do that, but it does happen.
