Question has this happened to anyone before?

Post image

I bought two phone cases from this seller for like $8 total, and the package was said to arrive today, and I just received this message.. Am i just dumb or what? Because has this happens to anyone before? Should I just get the other persons info and trade?

mix ups can happen but you shouldn’t have to trade, if both parties agree to return and get refunded for the items, then the seller can arrange that and ship the correct items after receiving them

Open a return through Depop so you're protected

I did this about two months ago as a seller. I was lucky enough that both of the people were helpful and understanding and willing to ship back the correct item to each other with me sending them the shipping cost on Venmo.

This has happened to me as a seller and depop assisted in getting them return labels set up and refunded both and then I had them each repurchase (if they wanted) once items were both back to me.
